Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including glassware and utensils
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and promote menu items
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Knowledge of drink recipes, wine, beer, and cocktail service is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
