Job Summary
Prep / Line Cook – Hot Pot Restaurant

We are hiring a Prep / Line Cook for a busy hot pot restaurant. This role involves minimal cooking and focuses primarily on food prep, plating, fryer items, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Guests cook most of their own food.

Responsibilities

  • Prep ingredients using proper knife techniques (meats, vegetables, etc.)
  • Plate and organize food neatly and consistently
  • Prepare limited fryer items
  • Keep prep and line areas clean, organized, and stocked
  • Clean and close stations efficiently
  • Work well under pressure during busy service
  • Communicate and work effectively with the kitchen team

Requirements

  • solid knife skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced rush periods
  • Strong cleanliness and organization habits
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous prep or line cook experience
  • Experience in high-volume or hot pot/Asian restaurants
