Full job description

At Pallet Coffee Roasters, our goal is to make specialty coffee approachable while sharing a genuine love of great coffee with our community. We are proud to cultivate a team of knowledgeable, engaged professionals who care deeply about craft, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

We're looking for a reliable, dedicated part-time cook to join the kitchen at our Semlin location.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, cares about food safety, cleanliness, and a well-run kitchen, and enjoys being part of a warm, welcoming cafe environment.

The shifts run from 7 AM to 2:30 PM, both weekdays and weekends.

What you'll do:

  • Open and close the kitchen following proper procedures and food safety protocols.
  • Prep ingredients and assemble lunch menu sandwiches and toasts.
  • Bake pastries.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and up to food safety standards.
  • Occasionally support the front-of-house team.
