Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent food service. This role involves preparing meals according to recipes and standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. The Line Cook will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests through quality meal preparation and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking supplies
  • Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen environment, including dishwashing and waste disposal

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
  • Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
