Job Overview

As a Team Member, you’ll contribute to a welcoming, well-organized workplace by completing assigned tasks reliably and working cooperatively with colleagues. The role offers the opportunity to support shared goals, build practical workplace skills, and help create a positive experience for the people your team serves.

BIG Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all Big Chicken staff to maintain a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
  • Foster a team spirit by assisting your colleagues in providing prompt and friendly service.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome in our lively environment.
  • Keep all areas clean and stocked according to Big Chicken’s standards.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation and effectively sell menu items.
  • Use a computer to process orders and handle various payment methods, making change as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
