Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Support Staff member, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take and relay customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces by performing regular cleaning duties
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the front of house well-equipped
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards throughout the establishment
  • Serving it Right Certification
  • Must be 19 years of age or older
