Full job description

Overview

Castle Mountain Resort is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll serve food, coffee, and alcoholic beverages while managing guest transactions through our point-of-sale system. You'll work across our Food & Beverage outlets, including the T-Bar Pub and occasional special events in the Day Lodge. Come work with us in the beautiful South Canadian Rocky Mountains. Ski and ride for free!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers at the till
  • Use of point of sale system to provide customer service
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar
  • Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays
  • Handle cash and cash count in till and basic cash out to CMR policy
  • Clean and organize service area and refill items following CMR manual and procedures


Qualifications

  • Experience as an F&B server in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver friendly, appealing service
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee and alcoholic beverages are an asset


Where We Are:

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees.   • Walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.
  • This is a seasonal position from November to April, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
