Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $19.00/hour + tips

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting a strong service culture, and maintaining high standards in food, beverage, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain consistent service standards
  • Manage labor and timekeeping for FOH team members
  • Handle reservations and oversee reservation systems to optimize seating and service flow
  • Respond to guest inquiries, emails, and reservation requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues professionally, and build repeat business
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure seamless service execution
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant presentation
  • Support onboarding and ongoing staff development

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience (fine or casual dining preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Excellent guest communication, both in-person and via email
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of POS and reservation systems
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
