Responsibilities

  • Job Description:
  • Produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the company.

Duties:

  • Must have 3-5+ years experience in a full service kitchen working the line (REQUIRED)
  • Great knife handling skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, multitask and communicate
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen with a good attitude
  • Maintain a high level of personal and professional cleanliness
  • Must have open availability
  • Food handlers certification is a requirement
  • Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Adherence to cost control guidelines.
