Job Overview

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards
  • Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling stations
  • Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
  • Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating
  • Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
  • Ensure all food served is fresh, properly cooked, and presented attractively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Strong understanding of meal preparation and kitchen operations
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
