Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed.
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
