Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year + Performance Bonus + Career Growth Opportunities

Kinton Ramen is one of Canada's leading Japanese ramen brands, known for delivering exceptional food, outstanding guest experiences, and a strong team culture. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our BC locations.

What You'll Do

Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Monitor labor, food cost, and overall profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Create staff schedules and manage labor budgets
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Build a positive and high-performing team culture

Business Performance

  • Drive sales and profitability targets
  • Analyze weekly and monthly business results
  • Implement local marketing initiatives to increase guest traffic
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing labor costs, food costs, and restaurant KPIs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in quick-service or casual dining restaurants
  • Experience with Japanese cuisine or ramen concepts
  • Multi-unit leadership experience is an asset
