Nous sommes un bar à cocktails à haut volume axé sur la créativité, la qualité des cocktails et un service exceptionnel. Notre philosophie est simple : on sert d’abord les gens, ensuite les drinks.

Nous cherchons un·e bartender d’expérience qui aime l’hospitalité, qui est à l’aise dans un environnement rapide et dynamique, et qui souhaite évoluer avec nous. À terme, nous cherchons quelqu’un qui a le potentiel et l’ambition d’évoluer vers un poste de Head Bartender / gestion.

Ce qu’on recherche

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en bar, idéalement dans un environnement cocktail à haut volume.
  • Excellente connaissance des cocktails classiques, des spiritueux et des standards de service.
  • Solide expérience en service aux tables — notre équipe alterne entre des shifts derrière le bar et sur le plancher.
  • Une vraie passion pour l’hospitalité et le contact avec les clients.
  • Une approche collaborative et créative dans le développement des cocktails.
  • Être à l’aise de participer aux journées de prep : sirops, jus, batching, mise en place, etc. (payées à un taux horaire plus élevé).
  • Être prêt·e à étudier et à passer des tests écrits sur les classiques, les cocktails maison, les spiritueux, les tests de pour et nos standards de service.
  • Niveau intermédiaire en français et en anglais.
  • Disponibilité les soirs, fins de semaine et jours fériés.

About Us

We’re a high-volume cocktail bar focused on creative cocktails and exceptional hospitality. Our philosophy is simple: we serve people first, drinks second.

We’re looking for an experienced bartender who loves hospitality, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and wants to grow with us. We are ultimately looking for someone who has the potential and ambition to develop into a Head Bartender role/Management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of bar experience, ideally in a high-volume cocktail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and service standards.
  • Solid floor-service experience — our team rotates shifts between the bar and the floor.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and connecting with guests.
  • A collaborative and creative approach to cocktail development.
  • Comfortable participating in prep days: syrups, juices, batching, mise en place, etc. (paid at a higher hourly rate).
  • Willingness to study and complete written tests on classics, house cocktails, spirits, pour tests, and service standards.
  • Intermediate French and English.
  • Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This Is Not an Entry-Level Position

We want to be transparent: this position is intended for experienced bartenders and is not the right fit for someone who is still learning the fundamentals of bartending or cocktail service.

We’re happy to teach our systems, recipes, techniques, and approach to hospitality, but candidates should already have a strong foundation in cocktail bartending, classic cocktails, spirits, high-volume service, and floor service. We’re looking for someone who can contribute from the beginning and has the experience and ambition to eventually take on greater responsibility.
