YOUR JOB

  • Making people’s day on all fronts: Greeting people, taking orders, and satisfying the fried chicken lovers
  • Preparing food
  • Processing payments. Working cash, working your smile.
  • Package take-out food
  • Staying organized with all orders being placed (in-store, delivery apps, take out)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality and cleanliness.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Initiates actions to correct customer complaints and refers serious customer concerns to management immediately
  • Ensures all products are packaged in approved wrapping/containers
  • Ensures products/supplies are rotated in and out of storage
  • Weight Handling: Up to 20+LB
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment while keeping calm and organized
  • Physical lifting
  • Cleanliness and organization skills

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • Partial high school education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience is an asset

OTHER EXPERIENCE

  • Food handling certificate
  • Pro-serve certificate

QUALIFICATION

Dependable works well in fast-paced environment, great customer service skills, works well in a team atmosphere
