Fondé en 2008, le Groupe Barroco est animé par une passion pour la gastronomie, les cocktails, la musique, le vin, le design et les bons moments. Avec 3 restaurants (Barroco, Foiegwa, Trattoria Fugazzi), 4 comptoirs à pizza (Fugazzi Presto), 3 bars à cocktails (Atwater Cocktail Club, Milky Way, Bon Délire) et 1 cuisine centrale, soutenus par le bureau chef, notre objectif est d'innover constamment et de créer des espaces pour répandre notre amour de l'hospitalité.

Le Barroco, situé dans le Vieux-Montréal depuis 2008, propose une cuisine méditerranéenne d’inspiration française dans un cadre chaleureux et intimiste. Notre équipe offre une expérience authentique et raffinée, mettant à l’honneur les produits locaux et de saison, dans une ambiance conviviale et attentionnée.

Barroco recherche un(e) Bartender bilingue avec une excellente maîtrise des cocktails classiques et spiritueux et ainsi que des connaissances en sommellerie et gastronomie pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Disponibilité: dimanche au jeudi

Description des tâches:

  • Effectuer la mise en place : aménager sa section de travail, mettre en place le bar, vérifier les niveaux d'inventaire des produits
  • S’assurer d’offrir un bon service à la clientèle : accueillir les clients, prendre les commandes et les préparer, servir entretenir la relation avec les clients
  • Percevoir et traiter les paiements : déterminer quel client paye pour quel item, encaisser les paiements
  • Participer à la fermeture de l’établissement : débarrasser et redresser pour les prochains clients, signaler les produits manquants au superviseur
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

Compétences requises:

  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en bartending

Barrco is looking for a bilingual Barman(aid) with classic cocktail and spirits knowledge, as well as knowledge in wine and gastronomy to join our team.

Available: Sunday to Thursday

Tasks description :

  • Set up: set up your work section, set up the bar, check product inventory levels
  • Ensure good customer service: welcome customers, take orders and prepare them, serve and maintain the relationship with customers
  • Collect and process payments: determine which customer pays for which item, collect payments
  • Participate in the closing of the establishment: clear and straighten for the next customers, report missing products to the supervisor
  • Perform any other related task as needed

Required skills :

  • 2 to 3 years of bartending
