We are looking for passionate restaurant Dishwasher/ Kitchen helper at our North York location.

Roles and Responsibilities.

· Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen utensils

· Mopping and sweeping the kitchen

· Taking out the garbage and replacing garbage bags

· Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients

· Packing takeout orders for customers, as needed

· Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks

· Giving order slips to kitchen department when necessary

· Refilling condiments or other supplies at tables

Skills/ Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have knowledge of Indian food and spices
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced Restaurant environment
  • Experience in helping the kitchen settings would be an asset
  • Training can be provided for interested candidates.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Urdu and/or Punjabi
