Job Overview
Roll This Way Sushi Catering and classes is Torontos premiere sushi caterer specializing in a variety of events and sushi making workshops. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Sushi Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sushi food industry and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a sushi cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection and meets our high standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

  • Prepare a variety of sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Handle food products safely, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality food service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sushi kitchen or restaurant setting is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
