What are the duties to perform:


  • Directing staff, ensuring standards and safety compliance, and contributing to training and employee development
  • Demonstrated creativity in food
  • Sound knowledge of the preparation of baked goods and desserts
  • Ability to operate all kitchen appliances (ovens, induction cooktops, gas burners, steamers, propane torches, mixers, sheeters, etc)
  • Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas

What will you bring to the team:


  • Positive Attitude! and unique attributes and skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • A minimum of 4 years of pastry experience in a similar environment
  • A diploma or degree in Pastry & Baking Culinary Arts or an equivalent field is an asset.
  • Self-starter, flexible, multitasking
  • Extensive food handling and sanitation knowledge
  • Self-motivated, positive, professional
  • Recognizes and follows foodservice trends.
