About the Role

Are you a rockstar server or bartender who is naturally organized, steps into leadership without being asked, and can smash a high-volume section while keeping an eye on the bigger picture?

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader / Server & Bartender who performs both roles simultaneously. This role is fast-paced, highly rewarding, and perfect for a multi-tasking pro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Simultaneous Execution: Effortlessly balance managing a busy service section or bar top while overseeing the broader restaurant floor.
  • Operational Leadership: Handle key leadership duties during your service shifts, including opening setup, mid-shift floor management, and detailed closing procedures (cash outs, safe drops, and building security).
  • Guest Feedback & Floor Presence: Act as the first point of contact for guest feedback and real-time problem solving, ensuring premium "Socialhouse" hospitality across all tables.
  • Team Direction & Systems: Direct the front-of-house team on the fly—managing cut times, ensuring side duties are completed, and maintaining strict brand standards.
  • Supplies & Logistics: Monitor inventory levels during the shift and assist with daily ordering or tracking as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Multi-Tasker: Minimum 2 years of high-volume, premium-casual serving and bartending experience. You must be able to carry a section effortlessly while managing external distractions.
  • Leadership Integrity: Previous experience as a supervisor, floor manager, or key closer who has handled operational cash-outs and guest recovery.
  • Certifications: Valid Serving It Right (SIR) certification is mandatory.
  • Schedule: Open availability, including weekends, and holidays.
