We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook skilled in cooking quality high end proteins, maintain presentation standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong Cooking skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous lead cook position / leadership kitchen experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to manage a grill and sauce in a higher end kitchen
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
