CơM Vietnamese is looking for an energetic person who is passionate about food and dining culture to join our team full time. We serve traditional Vietnamese dishes and pride ourselves on providing a family friendly and upscale dining experience.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. If you have 4-5 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and a passion for Vietnamese cuisine, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency.

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety standards.

* Fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.

* Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and receiving deliveries.

* Work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

* 4-5 years of experience as a Line Cook in a busy kitchen.

* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Ability to lift 15-25 lbs.

* Excellent organizational and cleaning skills.

* Ability to handle stress and work efficiently under pressure.

* Experience working in an Asian kitchen is a strong plus.

* Ability to work evenings and weekends.
