Full job description

We’re looking for a committed, detail-focused Line Cook & Prep cook to join our culinary team. This is a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen where precision, consistency, and professionalism are essential. We're passionate about exceptional food, thoughtful technique, and a respectful, team-driven work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute dishes to spec with accuracy and speed during service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, prep, and station organization
  • Support daily prep and follow through on closing duties
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and respond to direction quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining kitchen
  • Strong knife skills, a sense of urgency, and high attention to detail
  • Dependable and consistent, with excellent time management
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute
