Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services in a friendly dining environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Assist with cash handling, processing payments, and managing tabs as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest needs or concerns.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices within the food service industry.
  • Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
  • A background in the food industry or kitchen operations is a plus.
