Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager/Server to oversee daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on service duties, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service, restaurant management, and team supervision, with a passion for hospitality and food industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards
  • Serve guests professionally, taking orders accurately using POS system
  • Handle cash transactions and perform cash handling duties with integrity
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members; participate in interviewing potential staff
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the restaurant
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
