Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Main cook This role is ideal for someone passionate about the food industry, with experience in serving, food preparation, and kitchen operations. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable restaurant experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety compliance
  • Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks and meal preparation as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
  • Manage multiple tasks during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of quality food service

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and basic cooking techniques
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
  • Basic understanding of the food industry operations and meal preparation processes
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service duties

Pay: $20.00-$26.80 per hour
