About the Role

The Banquet Captain is responsible for leading banquet service during weddings, conferences, meetings, and special events. Working closely with the Food & Beverage team, you'll ensure events run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of banquet or restaurant leadership experience
  • Previous experience coordinating banquet or event service preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid ProServe certification required
  • Food Safe certification considered an asset

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
