Full job description

The manager is responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; models and demonstrates leadership that is grounded in the Pasta Pantry Core Values. Successful performance is measured by consistent delivery of balanced results through our systems, methods and procedures.

  • Maintain and support the high standards or quality at Pasta Pantry
  • Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain quality control on food and beverages
  • Develops and maintain staff knowledge through ongoing training

You should have:

  • At least two year of management experience working in the restaurant industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills
  • Strong computer and office administration skills
  • The ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience
  • A passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
  • High attention to detail
  • An ability to build and foster relationships with co workers and guests
