Yokai Tapas & Bar is a lively tapas and sake bar in Richmond looking for friendly and energetic servers to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant, meeting new people, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $17.85/hour + tips

Servers typically earn $25-$30/hour including tips depending on the shift.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide warm and attentive service to guests
  • Take food and drink orders and deliver items efficiently
  • Explain menu items and make recommendations
  • Help maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Work together with the team during busy service

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work lunch evening and weekend shifts
  • Ability to carry trays and assist with restocking when needed
  • Serving It Right required
