COFFEE BY DAY, COCKTAILS BY NIGHT! A newer addition to the Kitch’inn Hospitality Group, Eli + Trix is on its way to being a Mahone Bay fixture with a bustling café and restaurant business. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner this eatery will be a top destination for everything from brunch to date night to dinner with friends!

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a great guest experience through interaction and adherence to the Eli + Trix steps of service. Understand and be able to talk about all food and beverage items to make recommendations. Communicate beverage descriptions, specials and information to guests and team members. Host + seat guests, take food + drink orders, create + pour all beverages. Setup and break down bar area, dishwasher and espresso machine. Cleaning and sanitation. Stock and maintain FOH inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS: Serve Right Certified. Bartending experience in a similar environment. Wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge. Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Creative, ability to multi-task and be a strong team player. Bonus if you have experience with making espresso-based coffees!
