Full job description

Steamworks Brewpub is looking for experienced servers to join our team for an exciting seasonal contract opportunity! If you’re energetic, guest-focused, passionate about craft beer, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.

As we gear up for a busy fall and winter season, we’re seeking hospitality pros who bring great vibes, strong service skills, and a love for creating memorable guest experiences. This contract position starts ASAP and runs through December 31st, 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and engage guests to create an exceptional dining experience
  • Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
  • Recommend beers, wines, and cocktails that complement guests’ meals
  • Deliver attentive, efficient service in a high-volume environment
  • Present bills and process guest payments accurately and professionally

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or pub environment
  • Valid Serving It Right certification

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence in making independent judgement calls in a fast-paced setting
