Introduction

Established in 1923, Niakwa Country Club is one of Canada’s finest private clubs. Niakwa is built on a long-standing tradition of providing exceptional experiences and premier service for its members and guests. Niakwa Country Club is looking for experienced dining room servers/bartenders to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the members and their guests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all dining spaces/concession stands to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assisting with banquets and events as required.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years serving experience, and 1 year liquor experience.
  • Must possess a valid Smart Choices Certificate
  • Previous serving and bartending experience of 1 year is an asset.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems required.
  • Knowledge of Jonas Club Management System is an asset.
  • Previous country club experience an asset.
  • Experience in an upscale casual dining setup is required.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends, including occasional holidays.
  • Able to work well in a team focused environment.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations.
