The Bertossi Group is seeking an Experienced Fine Dining Servers to help us carry on our tradition of creating award-winning hospitality! The Bertossi Group has set the standard for authentic Italian cuisine in Halifax for over 30 years, with six current destination restaurants: Water Polo, Matadora, Via Condotti, The Bicycle Thief, Ristorante a Mano & il Mercato Trattoria, as well as two luxury Cafes: Pane e Circo.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who has experience providing show-stopping hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you can picture yourself working with a restaurant named one of Canada’s Top 100, and are interested in working at Halifax’s busiest restaurants with the city’s leading Hospitality professionals, we definitely want to hear from you!

Servers will bring professional, enthusiastic hospitality & and contribute to the incredible success of Atlantic Canada's leading restaurants & cafes!

The Day to Day:

  • Unwavering dedication to providing The Bertossi Group’s incredible standard for hospitality
  • Full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings in order assist guests with menu selections, including all modifications for dietary restrictions and allergens
  • Impeccable table maintenance, accuracy on POS orders, and willingness to assist all staff with clearing, food running, etc.
  • Ensures proper health and safety procedures are followed by all team members
  • Safe & efficient completion of all side-duties, including opening & closing duties
  • Other duties as assigned or required
