At the bar, cocktails are crafted with intention — a mix of coastal character, housemade infusions, local botanicals, and a hint of daring, resulting in drinks that are as expressive as they are refined.

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment with weekend and week day availability.

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Duties

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and meet our quality standards before serving.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with clearing tables after guests finish their meals.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Utilize the POS system for tracking orders and communicating with the kitchen staff effectively.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests promptly.
• Adhere to a strict allergy procedure.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and tracking.
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Experience in cashiering is a plus, enhancing overall service efficiency.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in guest services within hotel or restaurant settings is preferred.
• A passion for food service and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
