Join Our Team at The Boss

The Boss Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. This role offers up to 5 shifts based on performance and scheduling needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys being part of a supportive and professional team.


This posting is geared towards summer positions, but may have room for part time shifts leading up to the summer. Based on applications, we may have room to bring on partners earlier in a Host & Expo role leading up to Server Training.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant (3+ years preferred)

  • Confidence in handling POS systems, taking orders, and managing guest needs efficiently
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
