What We’re Looking For: We’re currently looking for a Taproom Member / Server to join our team!

As a Taproom Member/Server, you’ll be an important part of creating the welcoming, fun, and memorable experience our customers have when they visit Stack Brewing. You’ll work collaboratively with our team, serve some amazing craft beer, connect with customers, and help keep the taproom and our events running smoothly.

If you’re a people person who enjoys a fast-paced environment, great beer, and being part of a team, this could be the role for you!

As a Taproom Member/Server, You Get To:

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and inquire about their needs.
• Take charge of each stage of service by ensuring customer satisfaction, listening to their needs, and taking action when necessary.
• Turn newbies and non-believers into Stack Lovers.
• Serve customers and help create a positive and memorable taproom experience.
• Work events and ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience.
• Assist with set-up and take-down at events.
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the taproom and event spaces.
• Be a team player by supporting colleagues when necessary.

You Must Be:

• Client-oriented.
• A strong multitasker.
• Able to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Understanding of craft beer.
• Available to work evenings and weekends for events.
• In possession of a valid Smart Serve.

Hourly Pay: $18
