SCORES ST. LAURENT is looking for experienced SERVERS: PART-TIME/FULL-TIME

Scores Saint-Laurent, in the Place Vertu shopping center is a well-known franchise in Montreal, specializing in popular comfort foods like chicken and ribs. We pride ourselves on delivering a lively dining experience with friendly service and quality meals.

Overview

We are looking for energetic and personable servers to join our team at Scores Saint-Laurent. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent guest service, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Paid positions available, including internships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using a POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashiering duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
  • Assist with food handling, preparation, and basic food safety practices to ensure quality standards.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, especially Maitre D, is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism.
