SERVERS NEEDED

Scores Saint-Laurent is a popular franchise known for its delicious chicken and other flavorful offerings. Located in the heart of the community, we pride ourselves on providing a lively atmosphere and excellent service to our guests.

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and energetic servers to join our team at Scores Saint-Laurent. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience through attentive service and a positive attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love providing great customer service, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • take their orders accurately using POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean dining area, including table clearing, sanitation, and ensuring guest comfort.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues quickly.

Experience

  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for billing, and order accuracy.
