Responsibilities

' Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas according to health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at shift end.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude with all guests and team members.
