Rouge Restaurant – Calgary

Rouge Restaurant is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Rooted in seasonality, technique, and respect for ingredients, Rouge is a restaurant where classic foundations meet thoughtful, modern execution. We work closely with local producers, our own garden, and the rhythm of the seasons to create food that is honest, precise, and full of intention.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Take ownership of your station from prep to service
  • Execute dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
  • Work closely with the sous chefs and head chef to maintain standards
  • Contribute to menu development, organization, and daily kitchen flow
  • Uphold cleanliness, professionalism, and strong kitchen culture
