Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen team member to work in an Asian production kitchen environment.

Duties

  • Preparation of sauce items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment area, including proper food storage.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Handle food items with care, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving stocking supplies as needed.
  • Packaging and lifting crate orders up to 15lbs per crate. Twice a week.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is required.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in the food industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team member and management.
