Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a friendly attitude. Whether you have prior restaurant experience or are new to the food service industry, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, take order over the phones, provide customer service, delivery food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas
  • Assist with food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
  • Support kitchen operations as needed, including basic food prep and sanitation tasks

Experience

  • Previous experience in pizza, food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is a plus
  • Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
  • reliable transportation for you & delivery
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is beneficial but not mandatory
