Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative and become the driving force behind connecting customers with innovative products and solutions! In this energetic role, you will engage with diverse clients, demonstrate product features, and deliver exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and satisfaction.

Sale representative earn $20 per hour along with fule and commission. But sale representative should have their own car.
Location: Scarborough, Toronto and North York, Mississauga and Milton Should also be consider.

Sale Representative join the Ontario's Premier Restaurant Supply team as a Frontline Sale Pro.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
  • Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to assist customers both in-store and over the phone

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
  • Previous experience in technology sales or retail sales environments preferred
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly
  • Technical sales experience, especially related to electronics or related products, is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and persuasive selling techniques
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
  • Customer service expertise with a focus on creating positive interactions and building rapport
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
  • Knowledge of cashiering procedures, cash handling safety, and POS systems
  • Effective phone etiquette for engaging with customers remotely or over the phone
