Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.
  • Assemble and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to uphold food safety standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and prep stations.
  • Assist with food handling procedures, ensuring proper storage and sanitation practices are followed.
  • Support the team in meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service.
  • Follow all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to deliver a safe dining experience for guests.

Experience

  • Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety is highly valued.
  • Experience with food handling and sanitation practices in the food industry is a plus.
  • Strong serving skills and a positive attitude towards team collaboration are essential.
