Restaurant Di Menna in Saint-Léonard is looking for a reliable, conscientious person to work part-time at our pizza and salad stations.

Do you enjoy kitchen work, take pride in the quality of your food, and contribute to the whole team? We offer three regular weekend shifts, training in our methods, and wage progression based on your mastery of the position.

Pay and training:

  • Once fully trained at both the pizza and salad stations: $20 -22$ per hour. This rate applies when you can independently handle both stations according to our standards.
  • During training: $16.60–$18 per hour.
  • After 80 completed working hours: a skills evaluation determines your hourly wage going forward.

Availability is required for all three weekly shifts:

  • Friday: 4:30 p.m. until closing, approximately 10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 4:30 p.m. until closing, approximately 10:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 3:00 p.m. until closing, approximately 8:30 p.m.

Finishing times are approximate and may vary depending on service and closing duties.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing pizzas and salads according to our recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Preparing and restocking ingredients for service.
  • Keeping your station clean, organized, and compliant with food safety procedures.
  • Communicating with the team and following instructions during busy periods.
  • Completing station cleaning, organization, and closing duties.
  • Helping in the dish pit, including washing dishes and utensils.

Closing your station and helping in the dish pit are mandatory, non-negotiable responsibilities of this position.

We are looking for someone punctual, respectful, and willing to learn our methods, apply feedback, and work as part of a team.

Vos responsabilités comprennent :

  • Préparer les pizzas et les salades en respectant nos recettes, nos portions et nos standards de présentation.
  • Préparer et réapprovisionner les ingrédients nécessaires au service.
  • Maintenir un poste propre, organisé et conforme aux règles d’hygiène.
  • Communiquer avec l’équipe et suivre les consignes pendant les périodes achalandées.
  • Effectuer le nettoyage, le rangement et la fermeture du poste.
  • Aider à la plonge, notamment au lavage de la vaisselle et des ustensiles.

La fermeture du poste et l’aide à la plonge sont des responsabilités obligatoires et non négociables de ce poste.
