Pastry Chef – Breads & Desserts (Italian baking experience is a plus!)

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef who can handle both artisan breads and desserts. You’ll be responsible for making everything from fresh-baked loaves and rolls to cakes, pastries, and plated desserts.

What you’ll do

  • Bake daily breads like Focaccia and specialty loaves
  • Prepare desserts such as cakes, tarts, pastries, and gelato
  • Keep products consistent, fresh, and high quality
  • Help create new bread and dessert items
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Manage ingredients and reduce waste

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with both bread baking and pastry
  • Strong attention to detail and timing
  • Creativity and pride in your work
  • Ability to work early mornings and in a fast-paced kitchen
