About Us
SIPYARD by Darkhorse mobile bars is a new outdoor food and beverage destination located in the heart of downtown Ottawa at Confederation Park. Featuring a 60-seat patio, SIPYARD offers cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and food in a vibrant outdoor setting surrounded by festivals, tourists, and the busy Elgin Street summer scene.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, make great money, and spend their summer having fun in the sun in one of Ottawa’s busiest outdoor hospitality environments.

We’re building a strong team for the season and are currently hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Line Cooks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Prepare and serve beverages (Bartenders)
  • Prepare food efficiently and maintain kitchen standards (Line Cooks)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
  • Work collaboratively with team members during busy service periods
  • Help create a fun and welcoming guest experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and hardworking individuals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Availability for days, evenings, and weekends
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Smart Serve certification is an asset (for front of house)
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
