  • Must be legally eligible to work.
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Chinese or Japanese) are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies.
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
