Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team in a dynamic food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring food safety standards are maintained. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn.

Duties

  • Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks according to established recipes and safety guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure timely delivery of meals
  • Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Handle food items safely, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including equipment and utensils
  • Support meal presentation and portion control to meet quality standards
  • Follow all food safety regulations and company policies during food service operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
