Duties

  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients to support chefs and cooks
  • Handle food safely by following proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
  • Support cooking processes by preparing ingredients and assembling dishes under supervision
  • Serve food efficiently to customers or dining staff while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils to ensure a safe and organized environment
  • Follow all food safety regulations and procedures to uphold health standards in the kitchen
  • Assist with stock management by receiving deliveries, checking inventory levels, and organizing supplies
