Position Summary

YLK & BATTER is looking for passionate line cooks who care deeply about execution, consistency, and presentation. We’re building a brunch-focused kitchen where details matter, from timing and technique to the final plate leaving the pass.

What You’ll Do

· Prepare and execute menu items with consistency and efficiency

· Follow plating and presentation standards with attention to detail

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations throughout service

· Support prep, stocking, and kitchen setup for smooth daily operations

· Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and team members

· Work efficiently during high-volume brunch periods while maintaining quality

What We’re Looking For

· Previous line cooking experience preferred

· Strong sense of urgency and organization

· Passion for food presentation and consistency

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen

· Reliable, positive, and coachable attitude

· Weekend availability required

Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand for long period of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
