Who We Are

Future Appliances is a fast-growing home appliance retailer based in Richmond Hill. We specialize in high-quality home appliances and kitchen solutions, working with well-known brands such as Bosch, Miele, JennAir, Fotile, Dreame, LG, Samsung, GE, Whirlpool, and more.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us build relationships, develop new sales opportunities, and expand our presence in the local market.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will support our sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and following up with potential customers and partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop new business opportunities through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, and local networking

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, interior designers, contractors, builders, property managers, and local business partners

Introduce Future Appliances’ products and services to potential customers and partners

Generate qualified leads and bring potential customers to the showroom or connect them with our sales team

Follow up with leads, quotes, and business contacts on a regular basis

Support promotional campaigns, community outreach, and local business development activities

Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer needs

Maintain basic records of contacts, follow-ups, and sales opportunities

Work closely with the sales team to help convert leads into orders

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, responsible, and comfortable speaking with new people.

You should be:

Confident in face-to-face communication

Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and visiting potential business partners

Self-motivated and willing to follow up consistently

Organized and able to manage multiple leads and contacts

Interested in home appliances, home renovation, interior design, or real estate-related industries

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, real estate, renovation, or appliance industry is an asset, but not required

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and CRM or contact tracking tools

Ability to work full-time from our Richmond Hill location

English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset

Compensation:

Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience

Commission and performance bonus available
